HOW TO REQUEST

The more you tell us,
the more precisely we reply

This page explains what each value on the requirements sheet lets us decide, and what we reply with. You can send an inquiry even if some items are not decided yet.

PROCESS

From inquiry to delivery

What we do at each step, and what we send back to you.

  1. 1

    Submit requirements

Fill in only what you can provide. The rest is settled during consultation.

  2. 2

    Review

Based on the specifications you provide, we first determine whether we can meet them.

Final external dimensions are confirmed at the production stage and sent to you.

  3. 3

    Reply and quote

We reply with the review result and a quotation to the email address you provide.

  4. 4

    Order and production

For cased battery packs, detailed drawings can be provided at the order stage.

  5. 5

    Delivery

Lead time is given with the quotation. It depends on the specification, quantity and whether certification is required.

If certification is required, testing takes about 8 to 16 weeks in addition.

MINIMUM

Three technical values
are enough for a review

Operating voltage

Write the rated voltage or the operating voltage range.

Required capacity

In Ah or Wh. If you are not sure, power consumption and run time will do.

Load · required output

Write the equipment it powers and the required output (A or kW).

If you do not specify a cell, we select one that meets your requirements. The selected cell, the series/parallel configuration and the BMS specification are stated as-is on the quotation. If you have a cell in mind, write it down. We propose the remaining items as well.

BY SECTION

Section by section

In the same order as the requirements sheet. Each section pairs “If you write this” with “This is how we respond”.

01 Basic information
If you write this
Company (organization) name · contact name · phone · email
This is how we respond
We reply with the review result and a quotation to the email address you provide.
02 Application and certification
If you write this
Application (testing / development / research project · sample / exhibition / prototype · special custom build · volume production) and 05 Load (target equipment)
This is how we respond
The purpose and certification requirements change the design direction and schedule. If certification is needed, tell us at this stage so it is reflected in the design.

Custom battery packs are built uncertified (non-certified) by default. Certification (KC · IEC 62133/62619 · UN38.3 · EMC, etc.) does not proceed automatically; it is arranged separately by prior agreement and requires additional test fees and test samples. The basic BMS and protection functions (overcharge · overdischarge · overcurrent · overtemperature), structural insulation and safety design are always included, whether or not certification is considered.

03 Electrical specifications
If you write this
Choose the cell type first and the operating-voltage list below switches to that basis. Capacity as e.g. 80Ah / 4,800Wh, current as e.g. 50A or 1kWwriting it as power is fine.
This is how we respond
We select the cell and the series/parallel configuration that meet the required capacity. We work with lithium-ion and lithium iron phosphate batteries.
Where people get stuck
Not sure about capacity → power consumption and run time · not sure about current → power (kW) · not sure about the cell → leave it blank

Enter only the values you know, accurately. Blank items are settled during consultation.

04 Built-in power conversion (optional)
If you write this
If a converter, charger or inverter must go inside the pack, expand the item, tick it and write the rated output like e.g. 67.2V, 5.0A (CC-CV).
This is how we respond
If nothing goes inside the pack, you can leave this blank.

The external shape depends on whether these are integrated, so external dimensions are provided after our engineer reviews the request.

05 Mechanical (enclosure) specifications
If you write this
Size limit (L × W × H, mm) is for the final product. If nothing is fixed, write No limit. Six enclosure materials are available — high-strength steel housing (default) · lightweight aluminum housing (recommended up to 3kWh) · PVC shrink wrap (recommended for compact packs up to 5kg) · heat-resistant, flame-retardant 3D printing (prototype) · injection-molded plastic (volume production) · other.
This is how we respond
At the quotation stage we determine whether that space can be met. The charge / discharge terminal can be left as Standard (manufacturer selection) — wire specification (SQ and material) is selected automatically from the voltage and allowable current.
Where people get stuck
The size limit is for the final product (case), not the module.

External dimensions are confirmed at the production stage and sent to you. We cannot give exact dimensions at the quotation stage. Dimensions on the quotation include a margin and are marked “excluding protrusions”. Soft packs cannot be dimensioned to 1mm, so if a precise external shape is required, we recommend reviewing it with a sample build first.

06 Other requests
If you write this
Operating temperature range; high/low temperature, humidity, vibration, shock, waterproof/dustproof environment; charging requirements; desired schedule
This is how we respond
The operating environment is reflected in cell and BMS selection and in the protection design. Send drawings (CAD/PDF) and existing spec sheets by email after submitting the form.

BY OUTCOME

If you already know
what you need

I need drawings

Send your existing drawings or spec sheets by email after submitting the form. Detailed drawings are provided at the order stage.

I need certification

Tick 06 Certification status and 07 Design for future certification. Certification is arranged separately by prior agreement and testing takes about 8 to 16 weeks.

I want a mass-production unit price

Set 04 Application to “Consumer sales / off-the-shelf replacement / volume production” and write the expected quantity in 20 Quantity.

I only need one sample

Set 04 Application to “Sample / exhibition / prototype” and 20 Quantity to 1.

RESULTS

What the result looks like

Real projects we have built, listed with their specifications.
