
Application — Robot system power
Requirement — The customer needed a power source for robot system power with 12V·24V regulated auxiliary power.
Solution — We combined 12V·24V regulated DC-DC converters into a Li-ion 3S pack (DC 10.8V, 54Ah) as a single unit.
Result — A discharge configuration rated at 50A maximum (75A peak @ ≤1.5s), housed in approx. 5kg, completes robot system power in a single pack.
