
Application — Autonomous vehicle system power
Requirement — The request was to consolidate high-output discharge, recharging while driving, and real-time status monitoring for autonomous vehicle system power into a single power unit.
Solution — We configured a LiFePO4 4S pack (DC 12.8V, 462Ah) together with an onboard charging module and CAN communication monitoring.
Result — A discharge configuration rated at 200A maximum (500A peak @ ≤1.5s), housed in approx. 75kg, completes autonomous vehicle system power in a single pack.
