
Application — Autonomous vehicle system power
Requirement — The challenge was to handle high-output discharge and recharging while driving within one pack in the autonomous vehicle system power application.
Solution — We built an onboard charging module into a LiFePO4 4S pack (DC 12.8V, 528Ah).
Result — A discharge configuration rated at 300A maximum (600A peak @ ≤5s), housed in approx. 90kg, completes autonomous vehicle system power in a single pack.
