
Application — Autonomous vehicle system power
Requirement — The challenge was to handle high-output discharge, recharging while driving, and real-time status monitoring within one pack in the autonomous vehicle system power application.
Solution — We built an onboard charging module and CAN communication monitoring into a LiFePO4 4S pack (DC 12.8V, 614Ah).
Result — A discharge configuration rated at 300A (0.5C) maximum (400A peak @ ≤1.5s), housed in approx. 75kg, completes autonomous vehicle system power in a single pack.
