
Application — Autonomous mobile robot (AMR) power
Requirement — The challenge was to handle AC220V utility power, 24V regulated auxiliary power and real-time status monitoring within one pack in the autonomous mobile robot (AMR) power application.
Solution — We built an AC220V 1kW inverter, a 24V regulated DC-DC converter and RS485 communication monitoring into a Li-ion 7S pack (DC 25.2V, 1,292Wh).
Result — The integrated build in an approx. 12kg housing met the autonomous mobile robot (AMR) power specification.
