
Application — Autonomous mobile robot (AMR) power
Requirement — The customer needed an integrated battery pack that would fit the narrow mounting bay of an autonomous mobile robot while continuing to charge during operation so the robot never had to stop.
Solution — We integrated a regulated (DC 12V) output converter and a DC-DC charging module into a DC 25.2V·100Ah pack to enable charging while driving, and designed it to transmit voltage, current, temperature, SoC, SoH and cycle count in real time over CAN communication.
Result — A compact L420×W260×H145mm·15kg unit delivers up to 100A (150A peak) output with a stable supply.
