Application — Robot system power

Requirement — This robot system power application also required 24V·12V regulated auxiliary power.

Solution — We integrated 24V·12V regulated DC-DC converters into a Li-ion 7S pack (DC 25.2V, 122.4Ah).

Result — A discharge configuration rated at 50A maximum (100A peak @ ≤1.5s), housed in approx. 14kg, completes robot system power in a single pack.
