Application — AGV and material-handling equipment power

Requirement — The challenge was to handle high-output discharge within one pack in the AGV and material-handling equipment power system.

Solution — We built a charging module into a Li-ion 7S pack (DC 25.2V, 324Ah).

Result — A discharge configuration rated at 300A maximum (600A peak @ ≤5s), housed in approx. 50kg, completes AGV and material-handling equipment power in a single pack.
