Application — Autonomous mobile robot (AMR) power

Requirement — This autonomous mobile robot (AMR) power application also required 19V and 12V regulated auxiliary power.

Solution — We integrated 19V and 12V regulated DC-DC converters into a Li-ion 7S pack (DC 25.2V, 51.3Ah).

Result — Three simultaneous outputs — a main DC 25.2V rail at up to 25A (50A peak @ ≤5s) plus regulated 19V and 12V outputs at 10A each — housed in approx. 10kg, complete autonomous mobile robot (AMR) power in a single pack.
