Application — Motor drive power
Requirement — The challenge was to handle 48V·24V regulated auxiliary power within one pack in the motor drive power application.
Solution — We built 48V·24V regulated DC-DC converters into a Li-ion 7S pack (DC 25.2V, 60Ah).
Result — A discharge configuration rated at 60A maximum (100A peak @ ≤1.5s), housed in approx. 10kg, completes motor drive power in a single pack.
