
Application — Robot system power
Requirement — The request was to consolidate 24V regulated auxiliary power and real-time status monitoring for robot system power into a single power unit.
Solution — We configured a Li-ion 7S pack (DC 25.2V, 66Ah) together with a 24V regulated DC-DC converter and RS485 communication monitoring.
Result — A discharge configuration rated at 66A maximum (100A peak @ ≤1.5s), housed in approx. 11kg, completes robot system power in a single pack.
