Application — Autonomous vehicle system power

Requirement — The challenge was to handle recharging while driving, 24V·12V·5V regulated auxiliary power, and real-time status monitoring within one pack in the autonomous vehicle system power system.

Solution — We built an onboard charging module, 24V·12V·5V regulated DC-DC converters, and CAN2.0A communication monitoring into a Li-ion 7S pack (DC 25.2V, 90Ah).

Result — A discharge configuration rated at 90A maximum (150A peak @ ≤5s), housed in approx. 18kg, completes autonomous vehicle system power in a single pack.
