
Application — Special-purpose vehicle power
Requirement — A high-reliability battery pack was needed to supply power stably to a special-purpose vehicle, with high capacity and dependable heat dissipation.
Solution — We integrated an onboard charging module and Smart FAN cooling into a DC 25.6V·300Ah pack, with built-in regulated (DC 12V) and DC 19V converters. Both CAN and RS485 communication are supported.
Result — With up to 300A (450A peak) high output and active cooling, it operates stably under continuous load in harsh environments.
