
Application — Industrial special-equipment power
Requirement — The request was to consolidate AC220V mains power, regulated auxiliary power, and real-time status monitoring for industrial special-equipment power into a single power unit.
Solution — We configured a LiFePO4 8S pack (DC 25.6V, 57.6Ah) together with an AC220V 1.5kW inverter, a regulated DC-DC converter, and RS485 communication monitoring.
Result — The integrated build in an approx. 18kg housing met the industrial special-equipment power specification.
