Application — Large AGV and transfer robot power

Requirement — Driving large AGVs and transfer robots called for a high-capacity power source that could deliver high-output discharge and 24V auxiliary power from a single pack.

Solution — We integrated a 24V regulated DC-DC converter (up to 30A) into a DC 50.4V·270Ah (approx. 15,120Wh) 14S pack, with voltage, current and temperature monitored over CAN 2.0a communication.

Result — A high-output configuration rated at 270A maximum (900A peak), housed in approx. 91kg, completes the drive and auxiliary power of a large AGV system in a single pack.
