
Application — AGV and material-handling equipment power
Requirement — The request was to consolidate 24V regulated auxiliary power for AGV and material-handling equipment power into a single power unit.
Solution — We configured a Li-ion 14S pack (DC 50.4V, 30Ah) together with a 24V regulated DC-DC converter.
Result — Two simultaneous outputs — a main DC 50.4V rail at up to 50A (120A peak @ ≤5s) plus regulated 24V 10A outputs — housed in approx. 13kg, complete AGV and material-handling equipment power in a single pack.
