Application — Autonomous mobile robot (AMR) power

Requirement — The customer needed a power source for autonomous mobile robot (AMR) power with 48V regulated auxiliary power and real-time status monitoring.

Solution — We combined a charging module, a 48V regulated DC-DC converter, and CAN2.0A communication monitoring into a Li-ion 14S pack (DC 50.4V, 50Ah) as a single unit.

Result — A discharge configuration rated at 50A maximum (100A peak @ ≤1.5s), housed in approx. 17kg, completes autonomous mobile robot (AMR) power in a single pack.
