
Application — Industrial special-equipment power
Requirement — The customer needed a power source for industrial special-equipment power with high-output discharge, 12V and 5V regulated auxiliary power and real-time status monitoring.
Solution — We combined 12V and 5V regulated DC-DC converters and CAN communication monitoring into a LiFePO4 16S pack (DC 51.2V, 230.4Ah) as a single unit.
Result — Three simultaneous outputs — a main DC 51.2V rail at up to 250A (750A peak @ ≤5s) plus regulated 12V 100A and 5V 20A outputs — housed in approx. 130kg, complete industrial special-equipment power in a single pack.
