Application — AGV and material-handling equipment power

Requirement — This AGV and material-handling equipment power application also required high-output discharge, AC220V mains power, and regulated auxiliary power.

Solution — We integrated an AC220V 5kW inverter and a regulated DC-DC converter into a LiFePO4 16S pack (DC 51.2V, 5,242Wh).

Result — The integrated build in an approx. 80kg housing met the AGV and material-handling equipment power specification.
