
Application — Motor drive power
Requirement — The challenge was to handle 24V regulated auxiliary power and real-time status monitoring within one pack in the motor drive power application.
Solution — We built a 24V regulated DC-DC converter and CAN communication monitoring into a Li-ion 20S pack (DC 72V, 21Ah).
Result — Two simultaneous outputs — a main DC 72.0V rail at up to 30A (50A peak @ ≤1.5s) plus regulated 24V 10A outputs — housed in approx. 9kg, complete motor drive power in a single pack.
