
Application — AGV and material-handling equipment power
Requirement — The customer needed a power source for AGV and material-handling equipment power with AC220V mains power and real-time status monitoring.
Solution — We combined an AC220V 2kW inverter and RS485 communication monitoring into a LiFePO4 8S pack (DC 25.6V, 2,457Wh) as a single unit.
Result — The integrated build in an approx. 33kg housing met the AGV and material-handling equipment power specification.
